General Description: Grantee will conduct programs and activities that are consistent with the mission and all statutory authority of the Statewide Office and Chapter 39.8298, Florida Statutes. Grantee will allocate salary and fringe benefit expenditures for one (1) Children's Needs Program Manager position who will support the 11th Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program. The Children's Needs Manager Position will advocate for personal goods and services for up to 1,000 unduplicated children in Miami-Dade County over the term of this agreement. Grantee will use grant funds to pay for one (1) grant writer who will provide support services for the 11th Circuit Guardian ad Litem Office and the Children's Needs Program Manager activities as outlined in Article I, Sections A & B of this agreement.
