| Major Deliverable: Deliverable 1 - Provided the Recipient performs in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in this Agreement, the Division will reimburse the Recipient for the actual costs incurred in successfully completing Task 1; however, the total reimbursement amount for successfully completing Task 1 shall not exceed 60% of the total funding amount authorized by this Agreement. Deliverable 2 - Provided the Recipient performs in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in this Agreement, the Division will reimburse the Recipient for the actual costs incurred in successfully completing Tasks 2, 3, 4, 5; however, the total reimbursement amount for successfully completing Tasks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall not exceed 100% of the total funding amount authorized by this Agreement.

| Performance Metrics: 1. No later than January 31, 2015, the Recipient will conduct a minimum of 6 non conference trainings and will document training by providing sign-in sheets and evaluation sheets. These trainings are requested by the Division, Conference Associations, AmeriCorps program directors, AmeriCorps members, Florida VOAD and COAD organizations, Volunteer Florida staff, community-based organizations, new private sector partners of Volunteer Florida, volunteer connector organizations and other entities. The trainings are on an as needed basis. If limited requests for training then the Recipient will send documentation justifying why did not meet training requirement. 2. Recipient will conduct a minimum of 2 trainings and will document training by providing sign-in sheets and evaluation sheets. These trainings are requested by the Division, Conference Associations, AmeriCorps program directors, AmeriCorps members, Florida VOAD and COAD organizations, Volunteer Florida staff, community-based organizations, new private sector partners of Volunteer Florida, volunteer connector organizations and other entities. Recipient will participate in the Governor’s Hurricane Conference by providing a minimum of 2 trainings and will provide sign in sheets for these trainings along with the evaluation forms. 4. Recipient will participate in the Division’s Hurricane Exercise. 5. Recipient will provide a matrix indicating the type of training each ESF 15 employee has received. In the case of activation, all employees of the Recipient have been trained in and participate in varied roles as part of ESF 15 management.
