| Major Deliverable: Deliver signed and sealed CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS and TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS will be prepared according to the Bureau of Design and Construction DRAFTING STANDARDS. The Conceptual Design is due 30-days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Prepare and submit the permit application and permit sketches (if necessary) to the Department within 15 days from approval of the conceptual design.
The CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS and TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS are due 30 days from approval of the conceptual design, $2,254.27. CO1 - $646.99 MRD shall prepare written clarifications and /or amendments that will be issued to potential bidders by DRP. See attached proposal , Task 3.0. |

If a satisfactory deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the Department may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Contract for failure to perform. |
