| Performance Metrics: Prior to submission to the Department, the Consultant shall review all deliverables to ensure the same are accurate and complete at time of submittal and meet or exceed the specified deliverable.

| Financial Consequences: The Department will not pay for any unsatisfactory deliverables. In the event the Department deems a deliverable unsatisfactory, the Consultant shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory deliverable at no additional cost to the Department within 15 consecutive days. If the Consultant fails to resubmit a satisfactory deliverable within the specified timeframe, the Department, in its sole discretion, may terminate the Task Assignment and/or Agreement for failure to perform.
