• A final written report in electronic format (8-1/2""x11"" report format) to the BOC project manager with our findings of the hazardous materials survey. The report will include background information, the scope of our services, our findings, ACM and lead quantities, friability assessments, conclusions and recommendations. Copies of the laboratory analytical reports will be included as attachments.
• Six (6) certified topographic survey drawings (24""x36"" format) together with the associated CAD files of the site.
• The reports will be submitted within (2) weeks after execution of the Task Assignment. If this does not meet your needs, please contact us so that a mutually acceptable schedule can be established. The Grantee shall reimburse on cost reimbursement plus fixed fee basis not to exceed $25,572.00.
