| Major Deliverable: Task 1.7C-Project Coordination Services for Task 1.3: "• Large format documents design documents and 8 1/2""x 11 ""bound project manual. Documents may include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
o Cover sheet
o Overall site plan
o Mechanical plan, details and schedules
o Electrical plan, details, and schedules
o Plumbing plan, details, and schedules
o Architectural floor plans, details and schedules
o Technical specifications.
• Three hard copies will be submitted at the Task 3A-B milestones.
• Signed and Sealed hard copies will be submitted at Contract document milestone
• Schematic design documents (SD) shall be submitted to BOC no later than 45 days after NTP.
• Design development documents (DD) shall be submitted to BOC no later than 45 days after owner approval of SD documents.
• Construction documents (CD) shall be submitted to BOC no later than 30 days after owner approval of SD documents.

| Performance Metrics: The BOC project manager will review submitted documents to confirm sufficient information has
been provided to communicate to CM design intent and performance standards to be met and that the documents were provided per the schedule.

| Financial Consequences: No payment will be made for unsatisfactory deliverables. In the event that a deliverable is deemed unsatisfactory, the Consultant shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory deliverable, at no additional cost to the Department within 15 consecutive days. If a satisfactory deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the Department may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Contract for failure to perform.
