| Major Deliverable: Task 3; CO1: JGP will submit the Final Documents and technical specifications to the BDC project manager. At a minimum the documents will include:
• CS - Cover Sheet, utilizing the standard format provided by BOC
• Final Repair plans and sections (Note sheet (S100), Plan sheets (S200, S201 , S202)
section and repair detail sheets (S301, S302, S303)
• The design documents shall be formatted to the BOC 24""x36"" standard and shall include the standard BOC border. Each individual sheet shall be clearly labeled and dated.
• The technical specifications will be included on the drawings.
• The documents shall be submitted to the BOC project manager via electronic file transfer in PDF format. Final electronic CAD versions of the drawings will also be provided.
• The documents will contain information to define the Final concepts of the proposed construction repair work.
• A final cost opinion will be provided.
• The Final Documents and technical specifications will be submitted to the BDC project manager no later than two (2) weeks after receipt of BOC comments at the completion of
Task V.
