| Performance Metrics: The DEP Contract Manager shall review each submittal to ensure components listed above are provided and are satisfactory. The Consultant shall be notified by the DEP Contract Manager of any deficiencies in deliverables and shall be given reasonable opportunity to provide revised deliverables.

| Financial Consequences: No payment will be made for incomplete or unsatisfactory Deliverables. In the event that a Deliverable is deemed incomplete or unsatisfactory, PRI shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory Deliverable at no additional cost to the DEP within fifteen (15) consecutive days. If a satisfactory Deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the DEP may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Contract for failure to Perform.
