| Major Deliverable: Task 1: Subtask 1: Construction Support Services Description: Kimley-Horn shall provide the following services throughout the period of construction based on an estimated construction duration of twelve (12) months. Deliverable: Kimley-Horn shall provide the Task deliverables to the FDEP Project Manager on a monthly basis as follows:
? Monthly Site Visit Reports in PDF format.
? PDF copy of the Consultant’s review of construction contractor pay requests with payment recommendations.
? As applicable, PDF copies of the Consultant’s review, with recommendations, of shop drawing submittals, testing results, and responses to requests for information conducted during the month.

| Performance Metrics: Deliverables will be reviewed by the Department to confirm they are complete, accurate and timely.
|
| Financial Consequences: No payment will be made for unsatisfactory deliverables. In the event that a deliverable is deemed unsatisfactory, the Consultant shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory deliverable, at no additional cost to the Department within 15 consecutive days. If a satisfactory deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the Department may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Contract for failure to perform.
