| Performance Metrics: All work must be in accordance with the Contract, the Standard Operating Procedures and the terms and conditions referenced in the Task Assignment. The Contractor represents that its services shall be performed in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by other professional consultants under similar circumstances at the time the services are performed. |
| Financial Consequences: No payment will be made for deliverables deemed unsatisfactory by the Department. In the event that a deliverable is deemed unsatisfactory by the Department, the Consultant shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory deliverable, at no additional cost to the Department within 15 consecutive days. If a satisfactory deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe with Department may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Contract for failure to perform. |
