| Major Deliverable: Task 8: (1) A Site Visit Report that includes photographs of existing conditions, a summary of observations, and any design issues and constraints will be delivered by email within one (1) week of the site visit $3,091.37. (2) Two hardcopies of Signed and Sealed Survey Drawings - 22"x34" will be delivered to project manager at the Park. The survey drawings will also be delivered to the project manager in electronic .pdf and ACAD format via emails. The Signed and Sealed Survey Drawings, electronic and hardcopy survey will be delivered within six (6) weeks of task assignment execution $4,089.14 ($21 reimbursable costs for mailing and printing) total $4,110.14. (3) Two hardcopies of Signed and Sealed Geotechnical Report will be delivered to project manager at the Park.
