| Financial Consequences: No payment will be made for deliverable deemed unsatisfactory by the Department. In the event that a deliverable is deemed unsatisfactory by the department, Contractor shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory deliverable, at no additional cost to the Department, within 20 days. If a satisfactory deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the Department may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Agreement for failure to perform.

Rates: Supervisor $65/hr, Field Chemist $49/hr, Straight Truck $105/hr, Pickup or Van $75/hr, Disposal of 55-gal drums per Scope of Services, PPE Level D $35/person/day. The Department agrees to pay the Contractor on a cost reimbursement plus fixed price basis not to exceed $14,000.00
