| Financial Consequences: No payment will be made for deliverables deemed unsatisfactory by the Department. In the event that a deliverable is deemed unsatisfactory by the Department, Contractor shall re-perform the services needed for submittal of a satisfactory deliverable, at no additional cost to the Department, within thirty (30) days of being notified of the unsatisfactory deliverable. If a satisfactory deliverable is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the Department may, in its sole discretion, either: 1) terminate the Contract for failure to perform, or 2) DEP Contract Manager may, by letter specifying the failure of performance under the Contract, request that a proposed Corrective Action Plan (CAP) be submitted by Contractor to the Department. All CAPs must be able to be implemented and performed in no more than sixty (60) days. |

**At the time this project first began (March 5, 2015) I was aware that UCF was going to hire the appraiser. I prepared an RFP (Request for Proposal) so I could get fee quotes and a time frame for this assignment. Once I received that information (March 12, 2015), the project was put on hold until we could get some direction and understanding of the way it would be appraised due to the Contamination. About two months later (May 6, 2015) I was told they were ready to move forward and hire an appraiser. Because of the two month delay, I forgot that UCF was to hire the appraiser and I had Mary Thurmond Contract with Craig Clayton. We need to cancel our current Contract with Craig Clayton and UCF is going to hire him through a Purchase Order. (Wayne Griffin,Senior Appraiser,Bureau of Appraisal Division of State Lands)
