Major Deliverable: "1. Contractor shall complete activities as listed in the Scope of Work and in accordance with an executed DEO Task Assignment for each project. 2. Contractor will provide a written estimate for DEO approval in response to each DEO Task Assignment. Estimates will be in accordance with the costs set forth in the Contractor’s Cost Proposal. Estimates shall include: a. Unit costs (by quantity or linear foot) for materials and supplies required for the work included in the Task Assignment; b. Transportation costs, if applicable; c. Labor costs; d. Total cost for Task Assignment; and e. Timeline for completion of Task Assignment. 3. Upon receipt of DEO approval, Contractor must perform the services in the manner set forth in the written estimate approved by DEO."

Invoice detailing service(s) provided, and any other documentation requested by DEO. Prior to acceptance and payment, invoice must be approved by DEO."
