Identify priority business categories for recruitment and/or local expansion 6. Active outreach to local brokers and landowners Deliverable due date: April 3, 2024"

Performance Metrics: "Completion of Deliverable 1 as evidenced by submission of all of the following: • List of identified thirty (30) retailers, restaurants, brokers and/or developers that will be targeted for recruitment. • Provide a copy of the meeting agenda and documentation from IDA/EDC meetings on current and projected retail industry trends. • Provide all demographic research data - additional data must include market trade areas by radius/drive time, and custom trade areas. • Present findings on commercial properties for development, redevelopment, and higher and best use opportunities. • Documentation of the outreach process to local brokers and landowners Grantee shall submit copies of all required documentation identified above on paper or electronically in MS Word or PDF format. If maps are required, they shall be uploaded to SERA system or provided on a compact disc in PDF format with ArcGIS 10.3.1 compatible shapefiles if they are available. "
