| Major Deliverable: The Parties receiving data under this MOU agree to promptly notify DFS and FDLE of any breach of personal identifying information received under th is MOU caused by the receiving agency, their employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors and agree, to provide notifications to affected persons. The Parties agree to work with DFS to determine if Section 817.5681 , F.S., applies, if
notifications are necessary and what type of notification is required under Section 817.5681 , F.S. The receiving Party agrees to provide any such breach notifications, if determined necessary with the prior approval of such notifications by DFS. The receiving parties are responsible for all cost incurred in sending breach notifications due to any breach caused by their agencies, their employees,
agents, contractors or subcontractors. |
