Should the State of Florida Plan add a Roth IRA investment option, the associated cost can only be determined after consideration of all potential processing, payroll and administrative implications. This expanded investment option decision could potentially impact every Pay Center and Investment Provider. The cost of this project will be determined once the scope of work is clearly defined. |

criteria, including the following Administrative and Technical tasks:
Statement of Work:
• Administrative (45 hours)
o Project management
o Pre-bill creation
o Individual IP testing
o Project testing
• Technical (35 hours)
o Establish new sub-directories
o Establish file transfer connections
o Testing of all connectivity
Estimated Project Cost: 80 hours at $150 per hour equals $12,000 per implementation.
The estimated costs quoted above are for the outlined Statement of Work as described. Actual project implementation and completion costs may vary (higher or lower) depending upon the actual dynamic criteria of the project. Any additional work required will be performed as Additional Services (Section 4(g)) ofthe Record Keeper Contract, at the $150 per hour rate. The Additional Services charge does not include any incurred travel expenses, which will be invoiced separately.
