| Performance Metrics: "Performance Standards required by Section 90.702 F.S. - Expenditure for costs such as exhibits and transcripts require prior authorization by the Department's Contract Manager as set forth in Article 9 of this Agreement and shall be documented third party vendor charges. The Department shall not pay for
surcharges added to third party vendor charges. Routine expenses such as local telephone calls, local travel expenses, printed library materials and local courier, and clerical or administrative services are considered by the Department to be Contractor's overhead and are included in the consideration in Article 4(1). Non routine office overhead expenses such as long distance telephone charges, long distance facsimile charges, bulk third party copying and mailing, and overnight courier services, when necessary, shall be documented by receipts and reimbursed by the Department at the actual cost. Reimbursable costs shall not exceed $500.

Airfare for travel at coach class only
Meals for travel: allowance up to $36.00 per day based on a ""full"" day of travel
(Travel begins before 6 a.m . and extends beyond 8 p.m.)
Mileage: 44.5 cents per mile in private vehicle (if travel reimbursement provision is
contained in contract)
Rental car: not to exceed $40.00 per day
Hotels: not to exceed $150.00 per night for Florida accommodations. (Out-of-state travel
for hotels will vary depending on location of travel and must be approved in advance by the
Department)
Cabs, tolls, and parking . (Tips are not reimbursable)
Those items listed above are general travel expenses reimbursed by the Department for
travel. Other travel expenses may be paid, but only with advance authorization by the
Department to incur the expense.

| Performance Metrics: Performance Standards required by Section 90.702 F.S. - Fees shall be paid as follows: All services, other than testimony at trial, $300.00(three hundred and 00/100 dollars) per hour; partial days testifying will be billed at $450 per hour; provided that all services contemplated under Article 2 of this Agreement, plus costs and expenses, shall not exceed $20,000 (twenty thousand and 00/100 dollars). No travel costs are associated with this Agreement other than travel time at the rate of $300.00 per hour. Billable hours shall be measured in 15 minute increments. Compensation of consultant hours will be for actual time spent providing consultant services to the Department. |
