General Description: The goal of the agreement is to provide a pool of investigators to render assistance in responding to the arrest and criminal prosecution of those involved in child kidnapping, abduction, false imprisonment and similar or related crimes; the rescue of the abducted child(ren) and the seizure and forfeiture of assets of those engaged in child abduction or otherwise supporting such activity. Agreement is made to coordiate all responses with FDLE CART regional coordinator. Each agency is responsible for its own liability and costs with regards to its property and resources.
