Non Price Justification:

Performance Metrics: Invoice package in accordance with Section 6, below. Grantee shall submit copies of: a. Installation phase inspection reports. b. any documents demonstrating statisfactory performance in completion of the tasks listed in the contract. c. Proof of release of liens that are associated with the work for which payment is requested; documentation to support performance by and payments made by contractor to subcontractors and suppliers for satisfaction of contractor's obligation under its contract with Grantee, and cleared checks, electronic funds transfers, or bank statements showing that payment was issued to Grantee.

Financial Consequences: Failure to pass each required installation phase inspection shall result in non-payment of the associated invoiced task(s) until passage of the installation phase inspection. The Department will not reimburse Grantee the amount of fees assessed for any re-inspection.
