Major Deliverable: "Complete the design and renovation tasks for the fire station in accordance with the applicable contract between Grantee and the contractor performing the work, which is attached in the Appendices: 1. Design and construction plans for the re-roofing (Note: the design plans were funded and completed in FY 2015) of the fire station. 2. Design and construction plans for kitchen upgrades, to include replacement of sinks, cabinets, countertops, flooring and appliances. 3. Design and construction plans for bathroom upgrades, to include the replacement of sinks, vanity tops, toilets, wall and floor tile. 4. Design, engineering, and construction plans for the self-contained protective clothing bunker storage room at the fire station in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standard NFPA 1851. 5. Design and construction plans for the installation of the four (4) bay doors to the wind load requirements.
