Major Deliverable: Evaluation report of media outlets and Social Media Platforms available in Miami/South Florida, Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Pensacola/Florida panhandle broadcast markets for the dates of 2/6/2023 through 6/30/2023. Utilize standard and available data analysis resources (such as a Tapscan or Nielson Rating) to create evaluation reports and run a report for the schedules. Use Agency demographic target of Adults homeowners 45+. Include standard industry measurements, for example, gross impressions by week and total, reach and frequency to target audience, Gross Rating Points (GRP), Cost Per Point (CPP), and Cost per Thousand Impressions (CPM). One report per station only. Simulcasts are allowable. Combos are not allowable.

Performance Metrics: Report on media channels and social media networks available. Provided in digital format within fourteen (14) Calendar Days of request from the Department.

Cost Reimbursement

Major Deliverable: Create a cost sheet that provides advertising placement costs and options in each of the following Florida advertising markets; a. Miami/South Florida b. Tampa Bay c. Orlando, d. Jacksonville, and e. Pensacola/Florida panhandle. As approved by the Department, the Contractor will finalize and purchase approved placement schedules and deliver the required broadcast materials to the appropriate advertisement venues. The Department will provide all broadcast materials in the designated production formats directly to the Contractor for distribution, to be agreed upon. Contractor is responsible to make sure all broadcast materials are delivered on a timely basis.

Non Price Justification: Price cannot be determined until the work has been completed

Performance Metrics: A cost sheet showing the following information: a. stations, channels, social media platforms where advertisements may be placed, at the Department’s discretion, on the designated target dates and broadcast dayparts (times), This report must be provided to the Department within ten (10) Calendar days of demand. Note: The Department must approve of all advertisement placements before they are finalized under Deliverable 2.

Cost Reimbursement

Major Deliverable: As approved by the Department, the Contractor will finalize placement schedules and deliver the required broadcast materials to the appropriate media outlets. The Contractor will provide Department approved broadcast materials directly to the stations and/or to the advertisement vendor for distribution, to be agreed upon. Placement schedules must ensure the contracted reach and frequency benchmark of at least 3-4 times within the Department provided target demographic.

Performance Metrics: a. Proof of purchasing advertisement broadcast affidavits provided within ten (10) Calendar Days of broadcast and invoicing. b. Documentation that targets impressions goals, as approved by the Department have been achieved. Documentation shall be provided within ten (10) Calendar Days of the Department’s request.

Financial Consequences: $100 deduction of payment per day after deadline.
