The School Board shall request approval for the use of a third-party vendor at least sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the course by submitting a copy of the Agreement between the School Board and the third-party vendor to the Department. The Superintendent must approve any waiver of the sixty (60) day requirement. The School Board shall ensure that any third-party vendor utilized by the School Board complies with the applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement that are imposed upon the School Board. The School Board shall not provide access to the use of the State Fire College under any circumstances unless expressly approved as required by Section 1o f this Agreement. The School Board shall direct any inquiry to use the facilities from any third party to the office of the Superintendent

For purposes of third-party accreditation, the Department will authorize and issue student applications to any students who have completed all respective training on the State Fire College campus and to any students who are U.S. military personnel who receive training conducted off-campus by the School Board. The Department will assess a flat fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per student for processing the third-party accreditation in lieu of assessing a facility use fee when training is conducted off campus of the State Fire College.
