| Major Deliverable: Conduct expert services (forensic accounting) regarding subject case including (Consultation/Forensic Investigation):
(i.) A forensic review of financial records and bank records;
(ii.) A forensic accounting of the number of active and inactive participants in the programs;
(iii.) A forensic accounting of the total dollars placed in the programs and the disposition of funds raised by the programs;
(iv.) A forensic accounting of the current value, status, location, liquidity, and control of life settlement agreements and other assets and funds in the programs; and,
(v.) A forensic accounting of the historic and current solvency of the programs, and each program or programs’ ability to continue as a going concern.
Contractor's hourly rates per scope of work and associates:
Soneet Kapila: $390 per hour;
Other Partners: $330 per hour;
Contractor's Principals: $300 per hour;
Contractor's Consultants: $230 per hour;
Contractor's Analyst: $170 per hour |
