General Description: The OAG shall, when requested by the Agency, provide legal services to the Agency for FY21/22. Each request by the Agency shall be in the form of a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and shall state the scope of services requested. Letters of Authorization shall be submitted in writing to the Office of Attorney General. Each LOA submitted under this Agreement shall be incorporated into and become part of this Agreement. Included AG Professional Legal Services retainer and E-Discovery (Attachment A - cost). LOA#14 from F0114 incorporated.
