Wrapped in accordance with requirements of Florida Health Agency and St. Johns County Health Agency. 4. Have a valid code date. 5. The brand listed on the bidder's bid sheet without substitution except as approved by the Director of Food Services. 6. Manufactured in the US and have the domestic content of at least 51%. Utilization reports shall be provided to the Director of Food Services.

Financial Consequences: Failure to provide products and delivery as required in the contract shall result in non-payment for the products delivered. Products may also be returned, as required.
