| Financial Consequences: Failure of Provider to complete or submit a deliverable in the time and manner specified will result in a reduction in payment for that deliverable. Deliverable B.1.b.2):
1) Failure to enter into and provide agreements for internet
broadband or cell phone services as specified will result in a three percent reduction in that month’s invoice amount.
2) Failure to procure medical devices and communication devices as specified will result in a three percent reduction in that month’s invoice amount.
3) Failure to create and submit an inventory log as specified will result in a three percent reduction in that month’s invoice amount.
4) Failure to maintain software as specified will result in a three percent reduction in that month’s invoice amount. |
