Major Deliverable: Compensation Costs The Agency shall be billed reasonable and allowable costs. Cost shall not exceed $2,000 and cost in excess of such amount shall not be compensable. The Vendor shall notify the Agency, in writing, when costs for services reach $1,000. Said notification shall be made in writing and as soon as is practicable and prior to the next monthly invoice. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in non-payment.
