Performance Metrics: 2. Performance Measure #2 – Florida State Officers Certification Exam Preparation Outcome: The Contractor shall ensure that initial appointments for Florida State Officer Certification preparation tutoring sessions are available within five (5) Business Days from the date an Eligible Academy Participant makes the appointment request. Measure: The Contractor shall provide a snapshot of its system each day that shows the next available appointment. Standard: The Contractor shall maintain at least 90% compliance with the five (5) Business Day appointment scheduling availability.

Financial Consequences: Consequence: If the Contractor fails to meet the performance standard as outlined above, the Department will impose financial consequences in the amount of $100 for each occurrence below the standard listed. This performance measure will take effect on the first Day of the month following 60 Days after the Coaching and Advising service has commenced. In the event that Contractor fails to meet the performance measure in a particular month, no penalty shall be due as long as Contractor meets the performance measure in the subsequent month. The maximum penalty that may be due in any month in which there is a failure is $1,000.

Performance Metrics: 1. The Contractor shall provide a snapshot of its system each Day that shows the next available appointment. 2. The Contractor will maintain detailed logs of portal uptime and downtime, categorizing incidents as scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or other disruptions. The logs shall be provided to the Department monthly.
