Financial Consequences: If the contractor fails to comply with the terms and conditions or failing to achieve the research project's objectives, FWC will withhold cash payment pending the correction of the deficiency.

Any and all equipment, products or materials necessary to perform this CONTRACT shall be supplied by the CONTRACTOR, unless otherwise specified herein.
