| Financial Consequences: If the Contractor materially fails to comply with the terms and conditions, including any Federal or Sate stages, rules or regulations, the FWC shall temporarily with hold cash payment pending correction of the deficiency. Additionally, Rule 60A-1.006(3), F.A.C. governs the procedure and consequences of default. Financial consequences for default by the Contractor include but are not limited to the requirement that Contractor reimburse FWC for reprocurement costs. |
