Major Deliverable: Demolition of existing modular residence and construction of a new modular residence, all associated site and utility work in accordance with the plans and permits, in accordance with the contract documents. Extend back porch per plans.

Deliverable Price: $454,108.68

Non Price Justification:

Performance Metrics: After securing the building permit the Notice to Proceed with Construction will be issued in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The number of days from Notice to Proceed with Construction to Substantial Completion shall be one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. If alternate 1 is awarded, an additional ten (10) calendar days will be added to the substantial completion date. The time to substantial completion includes any time needed for manufacture and delivery of the modular building. The certificate of occupancy will be a requirement for substantial completion.

Financial Consequences: In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the Liquidated Damages amount is $150.00 per calendar day after final completion. Between substantial completion and final completion, there are $50 per calendar day in damages.
