| Performance Metrics: In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the number of days from Notice to Proceed with Construction to
Substantial Completion shall be four hundred and twenty-five (425) calendar days and Final Completion shall be sixty
(60) calendar days thereafter.
Alternate #1 is awarded, zero (0) calendar days will be added to the Substantial Completion date.
Alternate #2 is awarded, five (5) calendar days will be added to the Substantial Completion date.
Alternate #3 is awarded, fourteen (14) calendar days will be added to the Substantial Completion date.

| Major Deliverable: CO1-Access panels on existing chiller would be blocked with newly installed equipment in planned locations. As this is the case, rotation of existing chiller location is necessary for access and utilization. Replace conduit panel for P-LA due to unseen damage done by others in Phase 1. Add necessary electrical feed to chiller 2 to ensure proper use. Replace FACP (fire alarm control panel) in full build out due to unseen damage done by others during Phase 1. Addition of return DI water piping, necessary for system to function. Gas piping changes, from the meter to the generator, due to unforeseen increase needed on account of Tampa Electric Company (TECO) utility requirements. Required soldering / changes to 1.5” copper tees which were installed incorrectly by others during Phase 1.Additional bollards were an unforeseen and necessary safety addition to protect equipment and vulnerable structures that were not realized until visualized in the field. |

| Major Deliverable: CO2 - The Undersigned Contractor is submitting the following changes to work at the Apollo Beach Fish Hatchery as Change Order 02:
1.The as-builts did not give the electrician a proper understanding of where the tank control systems were located and this was an unforeseen design flaw. The resizing of the control panels is necessary for the staff to have access to the hatchery fish tanks. The cost of this work is $18,088.
2.The visitors center has drywall stopping just above the acoustical ceiling tile. It is necessary to bring the drywall to the ceiling, so moist hatchery air does not erode the electrical components and to keep rodents from nesting in the insulation. The cost of this work is $13,211.75.
3.Looking at 2-dimensional construction drawings, it was unforeseen that the tanks posed height issues to the hatchery staff in the existing space. It is necessary for FRP platforms to be acquired so staff can safely work next to these tanks. The cost of this work is $23,609.40.
4.The hatchery’s freezer in the existing space is currently offline and is necessary for hatchery operation. It was unforeseen at the time of bid to include the missing components required to make this freezer operational. The cost of this work is $5,966.50. |
