Intended User(s): The client and the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida. Supplemental Appraisal Standards for the Board of Trustees Land, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Report Format: Mass Appraisal Provide an electronic draft document on or before the due date. The draft must not include the following appraisal assignment elements: Date of Report, Certification Date and Signatures. Upon approval by the Chief Appraisal (pursuant to 18-1.002(6), F.A.C.), provide one electronic copy of the final report to the Bureau of Appraisal. The method of transmittal shall be agreed at the time the final product is ready for delivery. Purpose of Appraisal Report: Establish Market Value. Extraordinary Assumptions: The use of any extraordinary assumptions must be discussed with the client before using them in the appraisal report. Hypothetical Conditions: The use of any hypothetical conditions must be discussed with the client before using them in the appraisal report. To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract.
