Line Item Description: Santa Rosa County Waste Tire Amnesty Day events is on Correct Times and Dates (Scope of Work) 10/11/25 7:00AM-5:00 PM Central Landfill 11/8/25 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Landfill 12/13/25 7:00 AM -5:00 PM Central Landfill 1/6/26 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Jay Transfer Station 1/8/26 8:00-4:00 PM Jay Transfer Station 1/10/26 8:00-4:00 PM Jay Transfer Station 1/10/26 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Landfill Location Address: Santa Rosa County Central Landfill,6337 Da Lisa Road, Milton, FL 32583 and Jay Transfer Station,3876 Transfer Station Road, Jay, FL 32565 Santa Rosa County will be accepting a maximum of 24 car and light truck tires, without rims, per resident with proof of residency. Semi-tires, tires from commercial shops, and off-road tires, will NOT be accepted. Photo ID must be presented. County will provide mosquito control as necessary. Santa Rosa County will provide labor and oversee collection of tires at the two locations. The Santa Rosa County has contracted with Little Hauling Tires & Debris to drop off and pickup roll-off containers at 6337 DaLisa Road Milton, FL, 32583. Little Hauling Tires & Debris will deliver full roll-off containers to the Santa Rosa Central Landfill, located at 6337 DaLisa Road Milton, FL 32583 for Deposition. Little Hauling Tires & Debris is located at 2922 Easley Drive, in Andalusia, Alabama for deposition. All Event collected tires will be transported by a Florida Registered Waste Tire Collector. Santa Rosa County (if applicable) will transport their own tires to/from 3786 Transfer Station Road Jay, FL 32565 to 6337 Da Lisa Road Milton, FL 32583 and will be reimbursed for traveling distance at the State Milage Rate of $.445. Florida Department of Enviromental Protection (FDEP) will reimburse Santa Rosa County for transportation, processing/disposal costs and equipment rental. All items must be included on the invoice and must have legible receipts and back-up documentation attached. FDEP will reimburse costs up to $25,000.00 f
