Line Item Description: This Purchase Order (PO) for RaceTrac 2394 DEP Facility ID: 419814660 located 3004 E. 53th. Ave., Bradenton,, Florida, 34203 for the cost of $6,145.23 petroleum storage integral piping, or ancillary equipment damaged, or subject to damage, by the storage of fuels blended with ethanol or biodiesel. The Department shall pay up to the approved amount of this PO, which reflects a deductible of 25% of the approved scope of work. Upon receipt of this PO, you are hereby authorized to complete the attached scope of work. By accepting this PO, the applicant agrees that it shall be bound by the terms of this PO and any attachments. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of this PO and any attachments to this PO shall result in non-payment or termination of the PO.
