Line Item Description: Estimate #165 261 7th Street Apalachicola (BL143001) Install/ Repair- (2) Rheem 4-ton 14.3 SEER Heat Pump System Labor and materials to furnish and install Rheem (2) 4 ton 2 speed air handler with Honeywell TH6320 thermostat and Rheem (2) 4 ton 14.3 seer heat pump condensers with 2 stage compressors. Price includes 7.5 kw heat strips and in-line safety switch, flush refrigerant lines with acid remover and pressure test with nitrogen, clean drains and thermostat wire to outdoor unit. Price also includes removal of old units from property. @ $19,250.00 Warranty- All Labor has one year warranty. Equipment comes with 5-year manufacture warranty and 10-year limited manufacture warranty on parts and compressor with online registration. Excludes any and all pre-existing items we did not install at this time such as drain lines, duct work, thermostat wiring, line volt wiring, etc. Warranty is void if system is neglected and routine maintenance is not performed. Does not include damage from clogged drain lines, fire, flooding or any water discharge from HVAC system. Warranty does not include damage from theft, debris, storms, or acts of God. Total Price: $19,525.00 To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract.
