| Line Item Description: Wekiva River Aquatic Preserve (CFAP) (BL806001) Well Water System repair @ 8300 West SR 46 Sanford, Florida 32771. Scope of Work Call was for no water after new filtration system was installed. Found the motor in the well was reading open windings and heavy grounds and would not run. There was also a visible hole in the 4 casing at the ground level, likely responsible for the positive bacteria samples. The pressure tank also had a ruptured diaphragm. The pump will have to be pulled out of the well and the casing will need to be cut off and a new top section rewelded on. We hereby submit specifications and estimates for: Checked existing 4 well with 1 HP submersible pump Proposal to pull drop pipe and pump from well Installation of the following: 1 new 1 HP 230 volt Submersible Motor, 1 new 1 HP 20 GPM series Submersible Pump New 12-3 with ground submersible wire, 1 new 4 x 1 1/4 well seal, new submersible check valve, new check valve, 1 new 1 HP control box. New pump will be reconnected to existing pressure line. Proposal for Pump Replacement $3,600.00 Proposal for new 60' 1 Galvanized Drop Pipe $900.00 Proposal Total $4,500.00 All parts and labor are guaranteed for one full year from date of installation. All material is guaranteed to be specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
