| Line Item Description: Wildpath will create Professional Photographs and Video of the one (1) Florida Forever Property considered during the December 2025 meeting of the Florida Governor and Cabinet. Quote number: 1011 Cost: $3,000.00/property x 1 = $3,000.00 The fixed rate per property will cover all incurred costs in performance of the services. Due to unforeseen circumstances a property cannot be photographed, there will be no charge for that property. Only services actually provided will be invoiced to DEP. If Wildpath is not able to photograph one or more of the properties for reasons out of our control, such as limited access to a property, or weather events, $3,000 will deducted from the final invoice for each property not photographed. The properties proposed at the December 2025 cabinet meeting include: Coastal Headwaters Longleaf Forest Evergreen Timberco, FL, LLC 7,437-acre CE Escambia County In the Wildlife Corridor Services provided by Wildpath include: High-quality landscape photography Macro detail and/or wildlife photography Drone aerial photography (weather and location permitting) Ground-level and/or aerial video Working with FDEP to establish priorities for photography and videos Assigning photo work to our network of Florida conservation photographers Coordinating with FDEP and property owners/managers access properties Editing and digitally processing photos and videos captured Providing a selection of photos and videos to FDEP and land trust partners Creating a media toolkit prior to each cabinet meeting to facilitate sharing conservation progress with partners, media and the public To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department.
