Install owner furnished flooring tile. Includes setting materials and grout. 2). Install owner furnished vanity, including countertop, lav, and faucet. 3). Furnish and install baseboard. 4). Re-install toilet harvested during separate demo phase. 5). Includes clean-up. 6). It is agreed and understood Contractor shall be given reasonable access to complete the foregoing. Sum Total: $2,499.00 PAYMENT TERMS: - Balance due when services rendered. Thank you. Exclusions: - Specifically excludes new tile, toilet, vanity, vanity lav, and vanity faucet (materials by Owner). Includes installation of materials only. - Specifically excludes new mirror (materials &/or installation). - Specifically excludes new tub (materials &/or installation). - Specifically excludes new shower glass (materials &/or installation). - Excludes any item not specifically referenced in the proposed scope herein. All work shall be completed in a substantial workmanship-like manner. All work shall be completed in accordance with local regulations and Florida Building Code (FBC). CGC1520077 To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract.
