Line Item Description: Full Description: Floridas Coral Reef Resilience Program (FCRRP) Coordinator is responsible for working with FCRRP leadership to set high-level priorities and goals and to ensure that the response teams efforts are aligned with this guidance. FCRRP coordination services for a 12 month period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, per the attached scope of work. Tasks include: Task 1 Leadership Bodies (20%): ECT Meeting notes and documents produced; SC Meeting notes and documents produced; Joint-body meeting notes (as appropriate). Task 2 FCRRP Planning (20%): Written updates on the evolution of FCRRP. These updates may include or reference relevant meetings, including of the Leadership Bodies; Drafts and/or final planning documents produced for FCRRP, its constituent Teams, and/or relevant projects; Written updates on FCRRP-related priority development including any finalized priority lists/documents. Task 3 FCRRP Network Coordination (15%): Written updates on support provided to Team Leads; Written updates on coordination with and support for other coordinators (e.g., Propagation Coordinator, National Coral Disturbance Coordinator); Written updates on engagement with national and/or jurisdictional efforts, as appropriate; Written updates on coordination of relevant bodies (e.g., Disturbance Advisory Committee). Task 4 Annual Technical Workshop(s)/Meeting(s) (20%): Planning materials and, if finalized, notes/summaries from technical sessions held during the reporting period; If applicable, planning materials for any technical sessions scheduled for the subsequent reporting period; Progress Reports on implementation of workshop outcomes.
