(All Picnic Areas A, B, C, D) Picnic areas of the ship pier and bike street from the restaurant to the Main Street and the bike area at the end of the park all over the sea shore. Entrance to the Park to the End Area D Seawall adjacent to fishing piers and bicycle trails Parking lot area near boaters grill to the main road. Services to be provided: Grass Cutting Weed Eating Blowing Herbicide on the tree trunks. Frequency of the Service: Lawn service (cutting) every week (one time/week) during these months: July 2026, August 2026, September 2026, October 2026, May 2027, June 2027 Lawn service every other week (cutting) during these months: November 2026, December 2026, January 2027, February 2027, March 2027, April 2027 Rate: $1,075.00 per cut Estimated 31 cuts. Total is $33,325.00 Contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and cleanup required to complete this job. **NOT TO EXCEED $34,400.00** To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract.
