Line Item Description: Estimate #: 960 Date: 09/16/2026 WORK TO BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 31ST, 2026 Pipe Repair & Pump Replacement - Craft Village Lift Station - No DEP # Vendor to perform the following: Updated estimate for lift station repairs - Updated estimate to reect new information obtained after making repairs to discharge pipe and pulling the pump To Include: - Pull and replace pump 1 with 230v 1 phase, multiple wire, 2 discharge 3 horsepower sewer pump - Replace pipe through sleeve between stations - Price includes all labor and materials as well as subcontracted electrical work Price Per Estimate: $10,826.00 *Should any of the following additional cost be required, Vendor must provide an itemized quote and obtain DEP approval in advance for ANY charges beyond the total agreed upon cost of $10,826.00. A change order will be executed if approved. Contractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, permits (if applicable), materials, equipment, and supplies, and cleanup required to complete this job. To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract.
