Line Item Description: Blanket purchase order for period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for American Sign Language interpretation for Suncoast Region on an as needed and called for basis. Per attachment 1 scope of work. All ASL interpreters to be certified. Services will be provided as required, in any of the Department's Suncoast Region offices or other locations within the counties as requested by the authorized department's requestor per attached SOW and the terms and conditions of ITN 23ESS16111. RENEWAL RATES: $80.00/hour for Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, and Collier counties Monday - Friday; $85.00/hour for DeSoto, Charlotte, Hendry Glades, and Lee Counties Monday - Friday. There is a two (2) hours minimum for services. No extra charge for travel. For more than a two (2) hour service there will be two (2) interpreters. If you give less than a 24-hour notice this is considered a rush order. If there is less than a 24-hour cancellation there is a full charge for number of hours booked. There will be a higher cost for services during the hours of 7 pm - 7 am and Holidays/weekends. When there is a less than 24 hours advance notice there will be an additional $15.00 per hour charge. Legal Assignments additional $15.00 per *OVERALL TERM: Term: July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2026, hour and Trilingual & Deaf Blind additional $10.00 per hour. VRI - for all offices: $80.00/up to 30 minutes; $100.00/30 to 60 minutes; $100.00/for every additional hour.
