Line Item Description: The vendor is responsible for supplying training materials and conducting twelve (12) virtual Conflict Resolution training sessions, each lasting two (2) hours, for DCF employees in a timely fashion to ensure that participants are sufficiently prepared for the training sessions. The Florida Department of Children and Families will provide a Microsoft Teams link for this purpose. The training will be recorded, and access to the recording will be restricted solely to members of the Florida Department of Children and Families. These recordings will be available for a duration of one year due to the constantly changing nature of the field. There is no predetermined list of participants for the virtual training sessions.
