Only the persons listed in the description are authorized to make purchases against a blanket order. By accepting a Blanket Purchase Order, vendor warrants that the prices charged to DCF will not exceed the prices charged the vendors most favored customers for like quantities. 2. Blanket Purchase Orders expire on June 30 after date of issuance or when the total dollar amount is expended, whichever comes first. If the period of this purchase order extends beyond a subsequent fiscal year (June 30), it is understood and agreed to by the vendor that the State of Floridas performance and obligation to pay under this purchase order is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Legislature. This PO may be cancelled by either party with thirty days written notice to the other party. The PO is subject to immediate cancellation if either product or service does not meet the agencys performance standards.
