Blanket purchase order for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for fingerprinting services and background screening through FDLE on an as needed and called for basis. All terms, conditions for services per attached documents. **Full-service fingerprinting fee applies for missed appointments and/or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice. $47.50 (Fieldprint Fee $11.50 + FDLE/FBI fees $36.00 Total: $47.50). Provider agrees to provide a web registration process specific to the Client applicants, collect demographic and biographic information required for FDLE/FBI fingerprinting. 1) In regards to the Fieldprint Fingerprint Collection network, Client applicants will be able to schedule fingerprint appointments and be fingerprinted in any of the Fieldprint locations throughout the United States. 2) Fieldprint will channel/submit the fingerprints and photo to the FDLE/FBI. 3) In addition, the MyFieldprint Portal, Provider will issue usernames and passwords to the Client in accordance with the users access rights, provide the ability for Client users to query applicant information, enable portal users to verify applicant statuses, and enable Client portal users to create reports and archive applicant data. Pricing: 1) Electronic Prints Fieldprint Fee $11.50 + FDLE/FBI Fee $36.00 = $47.50 The Fee covers the electronic collection of one (1) set of fingerprints submitted to FDLE. **Full service fingerprinting fee applies for missed appointments and/or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice.
