Line Item Description: Scope of work: Run conduit for West Gate operators at Gulf Main. -New conduit from the gate operator to the lock going up and over the gate opening, following the existing gate/fence structure. Included in proposal: - Freight to jobsite. -Offsite project management to coordinate materials and delivery. - IMC conduit, connectors and conductors to connect HySecurity operator to existing tongue lock at inner and outer gates (qty 2) Excluded from the proposal: -Any additional work associated with any other control panel locations -Any work associated with replacement or repair of existing field devices including gate operators and fence gate locks -Chain-link work, including gate panels -Chain-link gates, and poles -Rental equipment (fork lift, backhoe, etc.) -Checking in and out tools daily, if this is a requirement, we will need to adjust pricing. -Dumpster, quote assumes we will be able to use facilities dumpster for debris. -Storage container, quote assumes the facility will provide a place to store material and equipment for our installation efforts. -Work or modification not specifically listed. -Downtime due to lengthy delays getting in and out of the building. If lengthy delays are expected, we will need to add time to our price. -Hollow metal frames, mullions, and receivers -Repair to existing masonry -Repair to walls, floors, or ceiling -Power, wiring, and termination of the same (Branch power circuits) -Furnish temporary electric power, water, toilet facilities, and lighting for our installation efforts. * The facility agrees to provide easy and ample access to 120VAC power in all work areas for our welders. -Electrical work including new conduit or cabling. -Repair or replacement of existing field wiring. -Security caulk. -Finish Paint. -Cost of local licenses or permits. These can be obtained at an additional cost. -Bond -Sales Tax -Retainage -Prevailing wage - Liquidated Damages Net 30
