Line Item Description: Constant Contact Subscription Term: Aug. 27, 2026 - Aug. 26, 2027 DSGI has selected Constant Contact, Inc, to provide direct email services to contacts up to 450,000. Constant Contact, Inc., Email Plus Package allows the DSGI to send mass direct email communications to all members enrolled in the State Employees Health Insurance program. Also, these email services allows the DSGI the ability to be self-sufficient when communicating with enrollees, increased control over message distribution time, quicker message distribution (as messages will not need to be staggered), ability to target messages to specific segments of our population, ability to track communication analytics including message delivery, opens, and clicks, ability to use standardized templates to ensure branding consistency, ability to reduce cost associated with mail communications, and using this platform will also allow the DSGI to modernize the look of the Wellness Wire. Per the attached invoice, Constant Contact Toolkit, Email Plus Package cost $27,300.00 annually for up to 450,000 email contacts/subscribers including an unlimited amount of email messages. A 30% discount was applied for prepayment in advance. Payable in advance upon receipt of an itemized invoice, as services are essential to the operations of the state agency and available only if advance payment is made.
