INSURANCE: Prior to the commencement of work, the Contractor shall provide written verification of the existence and amount for each type of applicable insurance coverage, as described in the FWC Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (e.g., commercial general liability, workers compensation, etc.), or as otherwise stated in the Contract, if appropriate.
